Lyon

We enjoyed Lyon so much on previous trip we are returning for three nights. Last year I enjoyed the Croix-Rousse District, the area of Lyon populated by the silk workers in the 1800s. I know there is more to see.

Lyon is know for its food. We are more than one at a Bouchon, a type of restaurant found in Lyon that served traditional Lyonnaise cuisine. A repeat of this is needed.

We also plan to visit Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. The temple of Lyonnaise gastronomy. There are sixty of so food merchants. Originally in 1859 it was an indoor food market. Now, named afer starred Chef Paul Bocuse. It will be a very long lunch! Located at 102 cours Lafayette, Lyon 3ème.
